Christopher Maurice Brown is an American R&B and pop singer-songwriter, dancer, music video director and actor.

His first album, "Chris Brown", was released in late 2005, when he was only 16. It included the hit song "Run It!", which topped the Billboard 100, making Brown the first male artist to have his debut single go to the top.

Brown's second studio album, "Exclusive" was released worldwide in November 2007. Two singles reached the top: "Kiss Kiss" featuring T-Pain. and "With You", which topped out at number 2 on the Billboard Hot 100. The latest single "Forever" was released in May 2008 off the deluxe Exclusive: The Forever Edition.

Chris Brown has been featured in many worldwide hits, like "No Air" with Jordin Sparks, "Shortie like Mine" with the rapper Bow Wow and "Shawty Get Loose" alongside Lil Mama and T-Pain. He is currently going out with the singer Rihanna, and they plan to release a duet together.
